For exterior projects (roofing, decks, siding), you generally do not need to be home as long as we have access to power and water. For interior remodeling (kitchens, baths), we will coordinate a schedule with you to ensure access.

Yes. We work year-round. While exterior painting or concrete work has temperature limits, we frame additions, build decks, and replace roofs throughout the winter, weather permitting. Interior remodeling is fully available all winter long.

We stand behind our craftsmanship. In addition to our workmanship warranty, we offer manufacturer warranties on materials. For example, as an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, we can offer extended warranties on roof replacements that cover both materials and labor.
